Evidence · Updated 21 October 2026
Real observations. Clear definitions.
We separate what a dashboard shows from what a measured comparison can prove. Here is a dated attendance reference from one anonymous practice using Oral Connect.
One practice · September 2026
203 of 277 due appointments attended.
That is a 73.3% attendance rate in the selected Sales dashboard view, observed on 21 October 2026. The denominator covers appointments due in the period; it is not the number of new enquiries.
What this tells you
It is a single-practice, single-period dashboard observation. The underlying appointment export has not been independently reconciled. It is not a platform-wide benchmark, a booking rate, an improvement against a baseline or proof that Oral Connect caused an outcome.
Do not apply it to recalls, open treatment or re-engagement. The calculator offers it only as an optional sales-attendance reference.
How to assess improvement in your practice.
Fix the starting group
Define eligible patients or enquiries, dates and exclusions. Keep later additions separate.
Keep the same definitions
Distinguish contact, booking, attendance, treatment acceptance and collected payment.
Compare fairly
Use comparable periods and follow-up time. Account for duplicates, cancellations, refunds and other practice changes.
Report the limits
Show counts alongside percentages. Associated outcomes do not automatically establish incremental uplift.
Before using a result in a decision
Why is there no universal booking-rate promise?
Treatment mix, patient needs, response times, staff activity and follow-up windows affect results. A measured practice-specific baseline is more useful than an unsupported promise.
Are the website dashboard examples customer results?
No. Product illustrations and example financial scenarios explain the workflow. They are labelled illustrative and must not be used as customer performance evidence.
Can the calculator prove extra revenue?
No. It compares your current assumptions with a target. It is a planning tool, not evidence that a change will occur or that the platform caused it.
