Oral Connect

Reporting for practice owners

Know what happens after the enquiry.

Dental marketing attribution connects an enquiry’s recorded source with the patient journey that follows. Oral Connect helps your team review conversations, bookings and treatment outcomes together. Campaign and ad-set detail depends on the identifiers captured; missing information must stay visible.

Watch the workflow

Less explaining. More seeing.

Short product animations. Fictional patient records and illustrative figures throughout.

Follow the journey beyond the enquiry

Review bookings and treatment outcomes alongside recorded sources. Displayed figures are illustrative, not customer results.

Enquiry to treatment, measured live. See where every enquiry goes. Know what every channel is worth. Confirm payment definitions and captured source data in your demo.

Illustrations explain the workflow; they are not recordings of live patient activity or evidence of results. Source availability and Dentally sync scope are confirmed during onboarding. Proposed or accepted treatment value is not collected revenue.

From first context to next step.

  1. Capture the source

Start with the available channel, campaign and ad-set information. Keep unknown sources separate rather than assigning them to a campaign.

  2. Follow the conversation

Review contact attempts, response and conversation context. Lead quality and team follow-through both matter.

  3. Check the appointment

Separate booked appointments from attended appointments. Compare the same enquiry group and allow time for outcomes.

  4. Review the outcome

Distinguish proposed treatment value, accepted treatment and collected payments before discussing return on spend.

What should you ask your marketing agency?

A low cost per enquiry can be useful, but it does not show whether patients attended or progressed with treatment. Use a shared set of definitions so your practice and agency can understand the same journey.

Five useful checks

  • Which sources produced enquiries we could contact?
  • Which enquiries became booked and attended appointments?
  • How long did our team take to respond?
  • What treatment was accepted, and what payments were actually collected?
  • Which outcomes still have missing or uncertain source data?

Questions practice owners ask

Does this prove a campaign caused the revenue?

No. Recorded attribution associates an outcome with a source; it does not prove the outcome would not have happened without that campaign. Keep the method, follow-up window and missing data clear.

Is treatment value the same as ROAS?

No. A proposed or accepted treatment value is not a payment receipt. If you calculate collected-revenue ROAS, divide payments associated with the defined campaign group, net of refunds, by its advertising spend. That is still not profit.

Can I compare different marketing agencies?

Use the same dates, treatment mix, source rules and outcome definitions. Consider your team’s response and follow-up too, so agency performance is not confused with differences in practice handling.

What should we see in a demo?

Ask to follow an illustrative enquiry from captured source through conversation, booking and outcome. Confirm which source identifiers and payment measures are available for your setup.
