What happens inside recalls?

A three-step illustration of how your team can act. This explains the workflow; it is not a live product screen or a customer result.

Start with patients due

A patient is due a routine recall and is not yet booked.

The Recall Hub brings due recalls into shared calling and nurture worklists. Check existing bookings and communication preferences before contacting the patient.

A few useful answers

What does the extra income figure mean?

It is the difference between your current booking-rate scenario and your target, using the same number of people, attendance rate and average payment. It is a planning estimate, not guaranteed extra revenue, profit or proof that Oral Connect caused an improvement.

Do I need exact figures?

Use recent practice figures where you can. For example, if 10 of 100 eligible enquiries book, your booking rate is 10%. The example button uses made-up planning figures that are clearly labelled. Your target is a goal to test, not an assumed Oral Connect conversion rate.

Where does the attendance reference come from?

For New enquiries, you can use a dated attendance reference from one anonymised practice using Oral Connect: 203 attended out of 277 due appointments in September 2026, or 73.3%, checked on 21 October 2026. It does not represent every user or establish a rate for the other workflows.

Why use Oral Connect rather than a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet can support manual follow-up. Oral Connect brings shared worklists, built-in calling, conversation context and appropriate message triggers into the team’s workflow, with Dentally-connected open-treatment and recall opportunities. A demo shows how the team acts on these opportunities. Compare your own booking and attendance results before and after changing the workflow.

Can I add all four results together?

Only after checking for overlap. The same patient, appointment or payment can appear in more than one workflow. Count it once.

Are my figures sent anywhere?

Your inputs and results stay in this browser tab. If you accept website analytics, we record a valid calculation and its selected workflow, without your figures or patient details.
